Disappointed. I’ve been going here for two years and had just recently purchased another kitten. I noticed my new kitten developed a lump on his shoulder so I rushed him to the emergency vet. I was informed that it was a possible injection site sarcoma and needed to get in with my regular vet the following day, since it was a major concern that could require surgery. I called on Monday to inform them of the issue and was met with 0 empathy of the situation. I was told I wouldn’t be able to get in for another week, no one asked me for the emergency vet’s information or much information at all. I expressed that I needed to be seen sooner, if possible, and was told that wasn’t possible. No other questions were asked, no one seemed to care at all. As a loyal patient, I expected more from this vet. I scheduled the appointment with them out of desperation and immediately called Cats Only Veterinary to see if I could get in with them any sooner. They informed me that they keep times open for emergencies and asked me to come in that same morning. They requested his Emergency Vet records from the Emergency vet, and helped ease my anxiety about the entire situation. They asked me many questions regarding the lump, how my kitten was feeling and took a couple biopsies after an examination.They were extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what they’re doing. Overall, I will never go back to Purrfect Care. I called and canceled the appointment with them once scheduled with Cats Only and they did it with no questions asked. In a time of worry and fear, I would never want to deal with them again.
We will be going to Cats Only from here on out. They have been wonderful to us. My cat is currently in surgery and I couldn’t be more thankful to be going to a vet we trust.
The doctors, nurses and front desk staff are incredibly kind, compassionate and very good at their jobs. I always know my pets are in the best of hands with people who genuinely care about them.

I have been taking my two beloved adopted kitties to PCFMC for two years now. Everyone on staff is attentive, friendly, and excellent caregivers! I appreciate how easy it is to make appointments and be seen in a timely manner. Going over appointment costs is always transparent, the staff is not pushy about services, and they accommodate all budgets. Take your cats here and you’ll love it too!
