I brought my dog in because she had enlarged lymphnodes under her jowls and in the pits of her legs. I was scared she may have lymphoma. The vet listened to my dogs chest with the stethoscope and ” i think we need to do xrays i think she may have lung cancer” i began to cry because if it was lung cancer id have to put her down that day. She does the xray and it comes back negative. I was happy to hear that. So i thought the next thing she would want to do is test the the lymphnodes( the reason why i wanted to bring her in there in the firstplace) but no she wanted to do an ultrasound. Thats when i got the feeling that i was getting taken advantage of. So i said no i just want you to get a sample of the lymphnodes. Finally she tested it. It came back negative. So i agreed to send the blood work out. A couple days later, she informed me the lab work now shows that she has lymphoma. I told her i did not want to do chemotherapy. I just wanted to give her something to make her feel better so she can enjoy the little time we have left together. She seemed to understand.

I go to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. And i bring it home to find that she prescribed me expensive chemotherapy meds. The pharmacy wont take them back.

Every step of the way i felt i was getting scammed And on top of that my dog has cancer. Just great ?

Update: Peanut died on Christmas eve morning.

Made our saddest day a little nicer. They love animals as much as we do and they are packed with empathy. Wonderful experience.

Awesome place Glad there was a doctor that could take care of my ferret The only complaint would be the prices are way too high for anything more than just a basic examination
