I really like this place. The staff is professional and kind.
One of the receptionists was fantastic, the prices were ok but I was I little curious about some of our test results, ended up getting a second opinion. I just felt like the tech didn’t love their job. They didn’t seem to care much for our pup, but I get it. Everyone has those days.
I was upset about the abrupt closing but now I’m furious at how (what I assume) the owner is addressing me on her Facebook after I left a review. She has gone to my profile and started attacking me in her comments. Closing without notice was unprofessional but attacking clients who leave negative reviews is toxic. Avoid all her locations.
I wish I could post screenshots of my slander. I sure you I was appropriate. The owner was just being toxic and I’ve made reasonable attempts to contact all business review services as well as the AVMA.
This place was the worst and I’m glad they are no longer in business; I have never met such a rude, arrogant, and overall unprofessional staff. The desk workers were okay, but the actual certified staff needs to be retrained. It is not my fault PPE was mandated, so I don’t need to hear you complain about wearing it. The vet also doesn’t need to belittle people because normal people don’t know as much as the vet.(Didn’t happen to me, but I heard the vet in the next room making fun of an older lady, because she asked about tick medication). I went here at least 5 times and I dreaded every time I had to go to this place. When I left the last time I hoped they would close, because I did not appreciate their attitudes.
It was clear that they just wanted money. Didn’t have a lot of regard for their patients. Muzzled my dog when we were not communicated with as to why, and when we were visibly upset about this, they didn’t bother to explain or help settle our fears in the slightest. I completely understand the reasons for muzzles, but you’d think they would try to explain themselves and help us out maybe? but no. I am in the medical field and my husband works customer service, this is just not how you treat your patients and customers and their families.
It is also insanely disturbing and disheartening how they discredit every single person who writes a negative review on here. There is more respect when you own up to mistakes or simply just say "We are sorry, we will work on this, and we hope your next experience with us is better" instead of trying to disprove, discredit, and invalidate all of our feelings. I’m sure there will be a many paragraphed response to this doing exactly that, but remember that our pets are our family, not just your business and your money. All the best.
