Our furbaby Chloe had a terrible accident and became paralyzed from the middle of her back down. We brought her in and Dr Simon was our Angel. She was there for us even on the week end when we needed her. I also need to say something about Suzie, she is the best person and will do anything for you. She knew we were going through alot and called us just to check on us to see how we were. The whole staff is great and makes you feel welcome when you come in. I love this place and will never bring my pets anywhere else â¤
I just recently brought in my Chihuahua Sophia, to get her yearly checkup and her Rabies shot. As always the staff is great and friendly. Dr Simon is fantastic and always listens and spends as much time with you as you need. Niles Veterinarian Clinic will always be number 1 in my book.
My dogs have been patients at this facility for 15 years. The staff has always been responsive to our needs. I have found the doctors to be knowledgeable and empathetic.
They go out of their way to ensure my pets’ stress levels are minimized.
I brought my dog in for an appointment because she hadn’t been feeling well. We saw Dr. Phillips whom I hadn’t met before. She was wonderful! She took the time to do a thorough exam of my dog, answer all of my questions, and order her medications to make her feel better. Overall, our experience was wonderful and my dog felt much better!
