We were required to put a Pet deposit down. We had to reschedule our first appointment per their request because we had Covid in our home. The second appointment I was 20 minutes late too and they wouldn?t see us. So they took the pet deposit and wouldn?t see us without a new deposit. I will never return here. But it?s OK for their vets to cancel appointments and not get repercussions for it. Nice, not doing business with you ever again.

We debated on posting this review for about a week, but after no response from the practice we felt like it was time. Our dog has really bad anxiety, but he had been going to Primary Pet Care for ten years and somehow they always made it work. This last visit something had drastically changed there. We took our dog to get his annual shots and to have his leg looked at due to injury. Our dog is not a biter or vicious, but primary pet care does insist on a muzzle because he is high energy which we are fine with. The vet tech could not get the muzzle on and then after that the vet tech went to talk to the vet multiple times?the vet would not even come into the room to see our dog, they just refused because of the muzzle debacle. My husband was visibly upset because we had been counting on Primary Pet Care to look at his leg, but they had zero compassion or care for the situation. And then they had the audacity to say that they wouldn?t charge us for today. Charge us for what? Refusing care? We thankfully found a vet that knows how to handle him. I would suggest taking your dog somewhere else rather than Primary Pet Care, while their rates are good, they lack the experience and compassion that is needed when your pet has anxiety and in need of care.

Young girl trying to talk to someone her grandma’s age like I was 12. Can’t get your dogs nails clipped without an exam. Since when?? Not a great attitude for front desk person.
