This office has horrible communication skills. If something does get communicated, it’s false. Scheduled to drop my dogs off on a day and time the office was closed, and then was told the hours are on the door, so basically it was my fault they didn’t tell me they were not open at that time. Lack of communication and or false info was blamed on new people, and that they are so busy they just don’t have time. Was told they would groom my dogs for free due to the mix up, yet charged me$110 for for a groom. Would not recommend. They are rude when talking to you on the phone.
