Long time customer. Wellness plan holder for over 4 years . My lab was diagnosed with lymphoma. After that Banfield was dismissive and in no way helpful. Wouldn’t return calls . Try to schedule appointments anytime he just need prescriptions. Horrible and disgusting way to treat a heartbroken family and sick pet
I highly recommend them. They are so kind and knowledgeable. They have helped our cat when he was really sick and even called to check on him.they truly love our fur babies and I trust them completely- everyone at Banfield, you are wonderful and thank you.
Very kind, professional, and informative people here. Their care plans are the most reasonably priced pet care packages I have ever come across, and the care you receive is top tier. So relieved to have finally found the perfect place for my senior dog.
