The vet herself is great, informative, and caring for the animals. However, the staff’s organization and care lacks.

After my kitten’s first vaccinations he was given so many extra treatments, and I was told to being him back for his second round of shots without any specific time period.

I took him back 5 weeks later and they didn’t have any record of him, asked if he was a dog in my appointment confirmation, and was told that the first vaccines were null and now he needed his adult shots.

When I was getting ready to leave they came back to get my cat because they said someone had weighed him in as 8 lbs on his first visit (he was 2 lbs at the time – maybe 2.5). They then charged me for a second prepaid fecal and again so many extra treatments I wasn’t even asked about or informed of until after they had been given. When I went back inside after realizing I had another prepaid fecal (which I already had from my first visit) the woman at the desk tried to talk me into keeping it and then just refunded me in cash.

Like I said – the vet is great, but the rest of the staff ruins it. Not to mention to extra money I have spent on treatments that could have been done at home or deemed optional.

WE do NOT recommend this place period.

A simple Coggins test that was taken, but the process was HORRIBLE.

1). STAFF is NOT organized. Very disrespectful, not to mention can’t keep their stories straight.
2). WE are convinced this was the FIRST time they’ve ever done a coggins test.
    – we’ve listened to 100 different stories, form Elaine, Chis and Ashley. It came to the point they were panicking and blaming each other.
Told that they lost paperwork, they told my client they had a bunch of coggins to get done for the racetrack. However our appointment was before theirs, and told our test was sent in.. days go by. We call they tell us no results..week goes by, calling in questioning the situation (by this point, hauler that was scheduled had to bail – couldn’t ship the horse) out money.

Our biggest thing is, had they been honest since the START .. we would have understood, we would have rearranged the shipping date .. but no! Rudely told by the vet and staff they run a Percy clinic and there NEVER been an issue (said Elaine) after Chris was the first one to start the spin of stories and NOT remembering the lies. Ashley stayed silent, until the other two ladies put her on the spot, we feel bad for her! We hope she came around and left that place for a better organization as she’s got potential, I’m sure the other two ladies would disagree.. but they know it all.

We will NEVER go back to this place, what a waste of time.

NOTE it’s now been about 2 weeks and we STILL Have no results other than “verbal” .. what good that does, nothing.

If I was that Vet I would be ashamed of her staff (the main two) Chris and Elaine.

BEWARE! if you call Elaine out on her line of lies, she will take it personally, and will scream “I will not be treated or threatened this way, good day….CLICK” .. then will hang up on you.

And then there’s out customer, who called at their own will to see what the hold up was. They sat there and bashed me as if I wouldn’t hear about it.

If it was possibly to leave a – 100 star review…it would have been done.

    – note, all was verified through OA, confirming the mess up on the paperwork. And that falls back on the clinic.

NOT even a simple apology or an admittance that they were in the wrong.
