Friendly staff that really cares not just about your pet but you too.
My cat had an issue with her tail,after going to emergency clinic they diagnosed and told me what needed my vet was unable to see me ( that a whole other thing ) so I called around Dr.trouten saw me right away and took care of my cat’s needs He did amazing job and im so grateful he was able to take care of her…

First, I’ve never actually been to this vet. But it sure left an impression when I called. I had an event with my dog but my vet and any other vet nearby was closed, so I figured I’d try to gage my level of concern over the phone (something I’ve been able to do with no issues from other vets). A Dr. picked up, and before I can get done explaining the situation, he cuts me off saying he can’t provide a diagnosis over the phone and I need to take him in. When I explained I’m not looking for a diagnosis, just some opinions or options on how I can handle. He said "that’s a good way for me to lose my license". Interesting way of avoiding my actual conversation. Anyway, I don’t plan on ever attending this place if the Dr. is this poor at listening and communicating.
