Animals are treated like family members. ( which they are).
Being new to the Bixby area, I was looking for a good vet to take my fur baby too. Baker Small Animal Clinic turned out to be the best one for me. The Vet was compassionate and professional. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I will be back!
Reasonable prices but horrible customer service. I had two puppies that weren’t very familiar with walking on a leash yet, and I was clearly struggling to get both of them through the vet’s front door for what was at least FIVE MINUTES, and both the receptionist and the vet assistant just watched me struggle, not offering any assistance. I could see them out of the corner of my eye and could not believe they weren’t offering a helping hand, but I tried to ignore it. Finally, the receptionist offered help. Then, after waiting for 15 minutes to be seen by the vet, and hearing the vet and her co-worker conversing about their relatives and hospital visits, etc (no customers were in the office), I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be as I had to get back to work. The receptionist simply got up and did not return. By this time, her lack of response, coupled with their lack of assistance as I walked through the front door, I simply got my pups, and told them they could transfer my pets’ records down the street as I wouldn’t be returning. In response to that, the vet assistant literally replied, “See ya.” Wow! How unprofessional is that?! This happened yesterday and I still can’t believe the experience I had at Baker Small Animal Clinic. I had been going to them for my other dogs, but I will never step foot in there again. The vet is nice enough, but the people working for her are greatly lacking in customer service skills.
