After receiving the response to this one star review, we did call the office and spoke with Veterinarian Mason. Rather than address this issue, he flatly refused to allow us to see our veterinarian, Dr. Kughn. He did not discuss this decision with Dr. Kughn nor does he have all of the relevant medical information. He was profoundly rude.
Given the trouble with counter clerk Tammy and Veterinarian Mason, Dr. Kughn would be well advised to start her own practice.
We have used PNAH for many years! They are very caring and loving. We are always treated with kindness and their fees are reasonable. Daisy visits frequently when we go out of town and she is willing to return! They treat our pets like they are their own!
Dr. Mason and Dr. Kughn are PHENOMENAL! Highly recommended!
