My cat, Harry, had to be sent to kitty heaven yesterday under the care of Dr. Jaycox. She was very very compassionate and honest with me about his condition, which allowed me to make the appropriate and best decision for my loved one. I was not rushed and my husband and I were allowed as much time as we wanted to spend with our fur baby before he needed to leave us. We were also allowed to be present for the procedure and we were offered to stay with him after he was gone. He received the best care I could have asked for.

Super friendly and they took care of my dog. Even let me make payments on the expensive emergency surgery. Impressed

I let a vet convince me that this place had changed, it hasn’t. Absurdly expensive and slow treatment. If you are a millionaire with nothing to do, this place might be OK. Otherwise, you should probably seek some place that is actually concerned about how many thousands of your dollars they spend. They basically practice extortion. "Nice pet you have there, I bet you love it. No problem, for a few thousand dollars we might be able to help it."

I called ahead and the staff was ready and waiting for me when I arrived 20 minutes later. My dog was taken back to the doctor the second I walked through the door. My total bill for the emergency services (he ate some grapes and we needed to induce vomiting and he got a shot) was about $150, and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. My top concern was getting immediate care for my dog, and the staff here was ready to help me as soon as I arrived. The facility itself was a little older (even the sign on the road is falling apart), but the staff, the care, and the cost of the bill were exactly what I would expect at an emergency vet.
