Dr. Puckett and his staff are phenomenal. They got my English bulldogs eyes all fixed up. The stitches looked amazing and healed even better. Great bedside manner and provided every bit of information I could have needed. 100% worth the price. Will recommend. (And they made him a custom cone)
We are from OKC and traveled here to receive care for our pet and have received the best care I could have asked for my boy. From the front desk to the Dr, everyone was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. Dr. Clark specifically was incredible. I cannot thank her and her team enough for their dedication to their craft. We were put through the wringer from all of the vets local to us in OKC and I’m just so grateful that we ended up at OVS. I 100% felt like my boy was being taken care of in the upmost regard. The facility is extremely clean as well. I am grateful to their staff for their hard work and diligence in helping our boy.
Early Wednesday morning, May 24, our German Shepherd was not able to stand up due to hip dysplasia. We knew it was time and it was 4:45 in the morning and I had to be at the hospital for a procedure at 8 am. OVS was amazing. They understood what was needed and did it in a timely, caring manor so we could get to the hospital in time. We got to spend time with him before he passed on. They are compassionate, caring and incredibly sensitive. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.
Dr Wheatcraft, dermatology, rushed through my appointment because she was running late for her next one. This is not acceptable for what they charge. Maybe the schedulers need to be more careful about time management. Not sure I will go back. ☹ï¸
