Long wait times. They?re never on time for your appointment slot and they?re never ready for pick up when they say they are
I’ve called this place at least 20 times over the last year, no one ever answers. I’ve left a couple of voicemails but not one called me back. I tried to use the app as I have a Banfield plan, but I was not able to select a date at this location for an appointment. I don’t know how it’s possible that this place has never answered one of my calls but if they do answer, this place will have earned the one star I’m giving them.
We get our prescription dog food from Banfield and they are always so friendly and helpful!
