Going here since 2005 – now on dog #4 here. They really care about the animals, not the animal owner’s feelings. I can see how the doc’s bluntness can rub people the wrong way but it’s not that big of a deal to me, as long as the animals get the best care possible,
Will never go back, took my dog in to get fixed, bill came in over $200 over what was discussed, less than a week later took my kitty in and same thing, I brought it up and disputed the extra and was told not to come back. Talked with the doctor today and he said my and his office manager’s “personalities” arent compatible… come on, I’m taking my animals for care, not to be besties with the staff. Get everything in writing and be prepared to get overcharged. Finding competent care is getting hard these days and this business doesn’t seem competent in my experience
Dr. Don or as we call him, Doc. He treats our animals with such respect and is straight forward on diagnosis. He is thorough and the best doc in this area. His knowledge and direct way to help our pets is absolutely great
Dr Don is very dedicated to getting my 15 year old cat to a full recovery from ear hematomas when my cat was 1-2 years old. Other treatments in the past did not provide enough relief, thus resulting in ongoing infections and pain. Charcky is responding very well and much happier!
