Murray Veterinary Hospital team and staff have been absolutely kind to Mr.BonBon. Who is a chihuahua to the full extension of his breed, and they’ve been patient with him. I have to add, regardless of not having insurance with them, they welcome us every time Mr.BonBon needs any kind of treatment. Adjusting the best they can to our budget and time. Even giving us discounts.
Mr.BonBon recently had surgery there and the nurse took the time to call and make sure he is doing well post surgery on a Sunday!!!
I am very thankful for this Vet Clinic. To be completely honest after many other unfortunate experiences, with other clinics….Murray Veterinary Hospital is the best. They will make sure your paw family member is well taken care of and safe. Thank you kindly to all of the staff and team there
Generally we appreciate the care here for our dog, but I do want to share our recent experience with prescriptions. Our dog was prescribed Apoquel, which is an antihistamine for allergies. It’s working well but the cost is pretty high. We needed a few pills to tide us over until Costco was open (not open on Sundays). Pills from Murray Hill cost $6.67 EACH! Pills from Costco cost $1.67 each. Such a HUGE difference! Feels like robbery.
My partner and I have started coming here since January and had only positive experiences here. Everyone treats our pet with care and comfort it is so reassuring. I appreciate the Front desk for always holding outstanding professionalism and very kind demeanor on the phone and in-person. Truly makes me and my partner feel understood and cared for every time. We see Dr. O’Loughlin and he was so welcoming and gentle with our feline pet, we were so surprised to see how she settled down easily with him!
I adopted my first dog in 2021 and wanted to find high quality care for her. Murrayhill VCA is the best. The staff are communicative and kind to my nervous dog. They are also fear free certified and know how to work with reactive dogs. Dr. Herman is a wonderful and empathetic vet. Whenever we have an appointment here, I know we are in good hands!
Do not take your pets here! These people are sinister and just want to take your money. One of the worst vets I’ve ever been to. They are unorganized, money hungry and just flat out rude.
