Very nice and knowledgeable staff
Every time I call this hospital for 3 years they’re always turn me away. 100{17efafc4cd6f1055405829f646eb002c25b6b77e8f44a6c992b99ee578289d16} of the time. Before anything is even discussed. Its always “Dr. on Vacation, or overbooked.” 3 years of trying. Not even a single opportunity to make an appointment for a future visit? Why is this not even offered? Super let down by this vet that is less than 10 blocks from my home. Do better.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Franklin. My family is incredibly grateful to have found him for care of our feline fur baby. He has gone above and beyond for us to help in any way he can. He has truly been a ray of sunshine in dark times.
