I have lived in several states and used multiple vets over the years?Bend Vet Clinic is far above anywhere we have been!! They really do care about you and your family/pet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! When Dr Maas came in to explain his findings, I was in the floor with my baby, and without hesitation he quickly joined me and made me feel very comfortable and understood. I know it doesn’t sound like much but when your fur baby isn’t well and you’re extremely worried?the smallest acts of kindness and extra mile mean the world! TYSM Bend Veterinary Clinic ??
We brought our beloved dog in to this vet , he was retaining fluids and having trouble breathing . They were very insensitive, loud , if we questioned anything the male assistant was rolling his eyes and all flustered . The vet was also very put out with the extract questions . My dog after going to a specialist ended up having cancer with a tumor and the stuff these guy just prescribed at him was not the right plan of action . I?m not sure how they got such a high reviews from others , they are only worried about themselves . Most rude clinic ever .
the veterinary staff helped our pets, murphy and winston, through routine and surgical appointments with ease and have always been able to explain these procedures thoroughly. they are nice and love where they where work, which makes a big difference.
we love them for keeping our boys healthy!!
