The reception staff and assistants were efficient and friendly, quick service with a smile. Dr. Sadowitz was wonderful, friendly, quite smart, to the point and very kind. She was unfazed by my large ridgeback, which was great, too. I am so glad we brought Kimba to see her, and I am grateful for the necessary referral to the specialist.

My elderly cat woke up this morning with some unexpected issues. Called around and no one would take us in today or even this week. VCA answered the phone and was able to take us in this afternoon. My cat and I were welcomed by smiling faces and happy staff. The compassion of the front staff as well as Dr. Sheldahl were amazing. We’ll be getting a puppy this coming month so I will definitely be returning with him!
