I don’t think you should charge for a tech visit.
The Ark Veterinary Clinic has an amazing, informative, and accommodating front staff as well as kind, compassionate, skilled assistants and techs. Dr. Mercer was so kind and clearly knowledgeable about all things dog (I?m sure about other animals as well, but we only talked dog since that?s what I brought) and the fact that Dr. Mercer spent meaningful time with Marshmellow and helped to educate me on the best way to support our new family member impressed me so much. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Mercer.
The vet and the assistant did great with our dog. Who has high anxiety and they took really good care of her and answered all our questions and concerns.We appreciated their level of professionalism and genuine care for our baby.
Dr Byers is a great vet. Always very friendly, caring, and supportive.
The front end staff is quick and friendly.
All around, we?ve had nothing but good interactions with everyone in the clinic.
I got an appointment within 10 minutes and they were super kind! The vet helped me find the most cost effective solution as I am a college student and provided me with quotes for x-rays so that I can prepare for the future. Definitely will be coming back!
