Great service and caring staff.
Caring staff, affordable rates. All my dogs have been patients for many years. I am glad they are in my neighborhood.
I won’t give this veterinarian any stars. Dr. Jody’s bed side manner is the worst I have experienced. I felt no compassion from her or her staff. She missed diagnosed completely. What she thought was a belly ache turned out to be a back problem.
I had been up 4 nights with my dog. When I went in on the 2nd office visit Dr. Jody wrote it off. Her response when I said I don’t know what’s wrong was I don’t know what’s wrong either. she sent me home with an anti nausea medication.
That night I had to go to the ER clinic at midnight because my dog was again in extreme pain. He was uncontrollable panting.The Dr. There diagnosed him with back problems. She immediately gave him a pain shot and sent me home with pain meds. My dog is now able to rest and relax.
This all could have been avoided if Dr. Jody would have really looked at his symptoms. My dog had no symptoms of any gastro problems since he was eating, drinking and pooping just fine.
I do not recommend this vet. She and her staff are the most unfriendly people I have encountered in a professional business.
They were excellent. They were able to see our dog within days of calling, have extremely reasonable prices, and were so sweet with him. Will be bringing our other pets.
