We brought our cat to Animal Hospital for a surgery. About 3 weeks after the surgery, his condition was not good. He didn’t want to eat & drink. We tried to nurse him the best we could, but after 5 days, his condition had not improved yet, we called them & asked them to see him. Whoever the vet in charge the day we called, refused to see him. She said that there was nothing they could do, & he could be too far gone already. What a terrible service & care! She made that conclusion without even seeing him! Update: our cat is well now, & back to normal. Thanks to Animal Hospital for nothing! We won’t bring our pets to them anymore. We actually had better experiences with them before. We understand that there are several vets there. I believe the owner is Dr Webster. He probably needs to oversee other vets that work there more to make sure thing like this doesn’t happen.
The staff are honest, kind and gentle with you as well as your beloved pet. We made 3 trips to bring Roman in. We drove 500 miles round trip with out any hesitation to see Dr Webster and his staff. Thank you so much
If there was a no star, I would give it. Our dog is really sick and we scheduled an appointment with this Animal Hospital to get him seen. We ran a couple of minutes behind schedule because of the recent snowfall and we’re denied care. How they went about it was completely disgusting. They were very condescending and it’s clear they only care about the $$$, not the animals. This place has had a change in ownership and this is how new ownership is running things. If you want to work with people who genuinely care about your animals go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and frustration. If not, I promise you will see for yourself.
Dr. Abel has been my vet for almost 20 years and now I found the staff super friendly and helpful.

Yes you can get in fast here but there’s a reason. If you are going to go at least don’t go to the owner Dr. Webster. He is highly unempathetic and clearly money driven. If you need shots cool but if you need a surgery for your animal I highly recommend you go somewhere else. The vet techs were great and the only reason I didn’t leave the visit completely appalled by the vets behavior.
