We have taken our dogs here for decades, but will never take any pet there again after today. 1 of our dogs got into a fight with a nutria last night and suffers a sever gash upon his face. I called out there this morning to take him in and they said we had not been there in 4 years and they were booked for the present time and could not treat him. I found that to be beyond comprehension. A veterinarian that did not have the time to examine or treat a wounded animal just because we had not taken any pet to them in 4 years. I guess the last 20 years don’t matter, consistent money over time is better then the welfare of your pet in an emergency.

They have kind and detailed staff. They follow rules for COVID restrictions. Pay right after the visit and before going home.
They gave my dog meds he didn’t need that made him worst enough they had to put him down
