I have been using Lake Grove Veterinary clinic for over 30 years. Sadly, today I received the very worst service I have had at any veterinary in 50 years. I desperately needed their help with two of my cats and was told I would go home with the meds they needed today. After receiving a $400+ bill I was told they didn’t have the meds. They were at a pharmacy across town 23 miles from my home. It was late in the day and I had commitments and couldn’t go. If only they told me that in the morning when my appointment was I could have made other arrangements.
The extremely unpleasant office manager offered no sympathy or apology. I canceled the addition appointment I had with them the following week to have my kitten neuter..
I will schedule him with new veterinary clinic that understands the value of customer service. This office no longer values their customers!
Will never go back to a veterinary clinic that still has masks, no waiting area and makes you wait in car. COVID is over!
As always the care was exceptional! Dr. Harvey and her team took amazing care of a dog I was pet sitting. It was an urgent situation and this dog had never been seen here before. It was beyond impressive the thoroughness of care she provided. I always recommend this vet. In my years of experience as a client, the care gets better and better. Thank you!
Excellent veterinary care! The Vets, Techs and all supporting staff truly care about their patients. I’ve had so many dogs and one very grumpy cat as patients of Lake Grove Vet and they handled each with gentle care and compassion. Prescription refills are quick and their follow up is always so thoughtful and thorough. It’s definitely our forever Vet 🙂
Angus always gets the best care at Lake Grove! When we get there he can’t wait to get out of the car and go in. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to help us. Dr. Harvey is such a caring and skilled vet and we feel so lucky to have our pup receive care with her and her staff!
