I have always had good care from Alex, Megan, Andrea and the assistants but since the new company has taken over the attention and personal feeling has greatly diminished. I am very hurt right now after 20 + years with my pets coming to this vet. My 15 year old cat is suffering from kidney failure and is very sick. We left last week and we’re told to call if any changes. When I called because my cat is dying, they have the nerve to tell me it can be 24-48 hours to call me back. I believe that is unacceptable when it is an emergency. I feel like a slap in the face after trusting them with my animals. I now am having to find someone last minute to help us through a very bad time for my cat and family. Unfortunately, it is time to find a new vet. Hopefully they are more about their patients than money.
Milner has been with our family for a long time. they are amazing! they are totally transparent with pricing as we go through the exam, and give us lots of options!
