Very disappointed with the customer service here. I went to get vacinations for dog know there would be an exam that goes along them. I told them right off the bat that my dog had diarrhea the night before, instead of saying they would not give the vaccines when a dog has diarrhea, they took her in the back did an exam and then came out to tell me they are not going to give the vaccines because she had it the night before. So i was charged for an exam that could have been avoided and they said ill have to pay for another exam when i come back for the vaccines. Ridiculous!! And on top of that they are requiring me to pay on a wellness plan for a dog that passed away. Just goes to show that money is more important them than anything else. I will never return to any Banfield for any reason.

Banfield is a rip off. I had their plan. They charged me 376.00 for a dog I don’t have and the two that I do have, they’re saying is still past due. The automated system hangs up when you call and you can never get through. Very unprofessional.

BIG SCAM Read your contract while you think you are saving money you are not when your pet dies they make you pay for the savings you received for the pets treatment.

BEWARE!!! Our experience with the Banfield location in Arvada Colorado was horrifying. Our normal Vet was out-of-town and we could not reach any of our back-up Vets. So we tried Banfield. We knew that it was minor dehydration and knew how it should be treated. (With older dogs, dehydration should be treated with medication) Immediately the sales team came in. Insisting on unnecessary tests at inflated prices and exaggerating the diagnosis and treatment plan. In addition, the Veterinarian failed to proper monitor the situation and left it up the vet-tech to run the program. We have fostered rescue dogs for over 20-years and are very experienced in working with illnesses. There is no question in our mind that the sole goal of Banfield is to scare client’s into spending money that is simply not necessary to solve the problem. PLEASE do not risk you beloved pet and your money at Banfield.
