Jack is a 8 year old standard poodle that means the world to his disabled owner(I am her care giver). Jack is an emotional support animal that has recently suffered from seizures. Took Jack in for a visit letting them know that he had recently broke a tooth. Doing our own Google research hoping to find answers(going down the rabbit hole) many causes come up but all pointed to broken teeth infection. The person that originally took the phone call agreed that an X-ray would be necessary and the appointment was set. During the appointment Dr. Walker was dismissive about his broken tooth causing seizures. Says she has been performing dentistry for 10 years and has never seen a broken tooth cause this symptom. The X-ray was dismissed and the vet focused more on pushing vaccinations for everything under the sun. After a large bill and an attempt to upsell everything not related to the issue I left. I have since called 3 other vets and every one stated that broken teeth will cause infections that can cause seizures. This aligned with all the things I had read. Called the Best Friends Vet back and the person over the phone did not remember me and said he may have an infection and needs an X-ray agreeing with the other vets. Then she said they would call back with a price for the X-ray which never happened. I have called every day for four days looking for an answer. On the 3rd day when I called the person that answered the phone said the X-ray results were in and the doctor will call me. How can the results be in when an X-ray was never taken. Huh? Today being day 4 of calling for a quote I was told the doctor is really busy and doesn’t have time to give me a price. Now I need to go to another vet and start the procedures all over again with the costs starting from the beginning due to the uneasy feeling. Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled person with a brain injury on a fixed income. Jack had another seizure yesterday as his owner held him crying for help. Shame on you!

Update to your response. So you have time to answer a bad review but do not have the time to return patients calls. I would implore anyone to read all the bad reviews on all the sites and notice how they are very similar to mine. People that have excuses never run out of excuses.
