I went to drive a friend, but went in on the visit. I was so impressed by the knowledge they had to help my friend move her cat to Hawaii. There are a lot of steps and it take a couple months to do. They have just been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this vet.
Love this vet. They’ve helped me through some really tough times and always do their best to see me quickly in urgent situations. I will continue to drive to them from the other side of the river as long as I have animals (which will be for forever)
Been taking my cats here for years. They are so caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic.
We have a dog that had been getting vaccines and evals there for a few years and though overpriced evals, seemed to be working out ok. We had gotten a kitten back in October, and attempted several times to have her vaccinated but staff were unsuccessful the 3 times we tried to bring her in. The first time staff missed and stuck her with the needle in her little arm and the following times they had brought her back out saying she was too "scary" (at 4 months old)… I am reaching out here because I am extremely irritated that we have called several times in the past 6 months and verified by multiple staff that there
should be no charge. However, we were still getting bills for $28.25 in april with late notices so we went ahead and paid it online hoping atleast then we could move on… but not only are we still getting bills, but getting charged an extra $5 for "service charges on unpaid balances".
I am very worried because we have tried to give staff the benefit of the doubt with the care of our pets and finances. But we have wasted so much time and energy on this with consistent negligence and error.
I would like to move on and avoid going to collections over something that was not done in the first place.
