Caring staff, responsive vet. Only presented what needed to be done for a safe procedure to occur but did provide additional options. Didn’t make me feel like I was neglecting my pet because I wasn’t picking every option presented to me. I’ll be back again for all my pets dental needs.
I want to thank the whole entire staff for a great experience. I was very shook up because my baby (dog 💕) needed broken teeth extracted and I’ve never had her under anesthesia. I cried, asked a million questions, called several times and then asked more questions. Everyone was so patient, understanding and reassuring. Never once did anyone I talked to get annoyed or try to give me the brush off. Everyone was very kind and professional. My sweet girl is resting comfortably and I’m sure she’ll be a whole new girl once she’s healed. Thank you for making a scary experience as easy as possible and taking such great care of my sweet girl.
I love their up front approach to sharing the cost of services before completing their work. Plus, no judgement if I can’t afford all the recommended services. They even offer tiered options. Their dental care is top notch and affordable.
I’ve been a client for about two years. My only complaint with Forever Dental is that I wasn’t notified when they stopped offering full veterinary services until my pooch needed non-dental care. The receptionist acted as if they’d never offered full services when I called for my pup’s possible UTI. I later checked their website and no mention of the change, and it only details dentistry services. I felt gas lit until I found a 7 month old review saying, in passing, that they stopped offering full services. True, the receptionist could have been hired after the change.
I’m only commenting here because of their lack of communication about the change. I would have appreciated a letter or a call. Emails can be a bottomless pit (which I’ve heard is a common problem and thus predictable), so if they notified clients via email then they at least gave minimal effort to notify people, but I never saw it. I’ve had other providers change services and multiple means of communication was their approach. I’m not sure if this office made any attempts to notify clients.
Now I’m calling around town for a regular vet with a sick new patient, when I thought I had a vet. I hope the delay of care doesn’t mean complications and a trip to an emergency pet hospital.
Again, their denial service and staff are awesome! If you need a pet dentist, your search has ended.
So far, so good! I’ve been taking my two cats here for the last three or four years for their annual teeth cleaning and bloodwork. We’ve had no issues so far! Although they’ve raised their prices like most other businesses have, it’s still very affordable compared to your average vet doing teeth cleanings.
