Excellent care for fur babies from physicians and technicians, as well as congenial, helpful front desk staff.
I have been going to Pacific Vet for many many years. Everyone is so kind and caring, and they really know veterinary medicine. I always leave feeling I’ve received the best information/advice for my dogs and the situation.
Was double billed for vaccines due to scheduling issues on their end that they refused to correct. Not a huge amount but I would rather support businesses that treat their customers fairly. I?ll be taking my business elsewhere.
This clinic never answers the phone, and they do not have a voicemail set up. The line will ring and tell you they are busy then hang up. The phone number on the website is incorrect as well. Lacks customer service since the business does not answer phone calls.
Our cat had a gash on her head and needed immediate attention. We were able to get her seen right away and she is recovering well.
