These guys are wonderful. I have referred my clients to them for a few years now and then my own dog became a patient herself. They treated us so well and Dr. Perry was thorough and personable and the staff are incredible. Thank you for taking such good care of Beatrice and explaining everything so well. You guys are awesome!!!

VCSS helped with two of our elderly cats who came down with two different cancers within a year of each other. It was a very traumatizing ordeal for our family but the staff at VCSS were so kind, helpful, and understanding. They were very transparent and honest on treatment options and outcomes and reassured me on every decision that was made. They even filed claims to my pet insurance on my behalf. They coordinated well with our other vets (local regular vet and vets from WSU) and were very easy to contact to ask questions, discuss treatment plans, and get appointments scheduled quickly. All of this occurred through Covid times so I can’t say what it was like being inside the building but the staff were easy to reach and worked well with my schedule. While both of our elderly kitties didn’t last long (one had squamous cell carcinoma which isn’t curable and the other didn’t respond to treatment), I felt better knowing we did EVERYTHING we could and VCSS laid out every option and possibility while maintaining a realistic and honest approach. I hope I don’t have to go back, for obvious reasons, but if any of our other cats ever have an encounter with the dreaded C-word, I’ll know where we can go.

They make sure you understand the prognosis, the meds and supplements and give great TLC.
