I had used another vet in Redmond for 40 years. I won’t be going back. Rimrock listened to us and gave us pricing upfront when we asked. They are not the cheapest, but they are also not the most expensive. They were closer to the lower end in pricing. We will continue to take our pets here.
The vet is caring and even engaged my kids and their pet. Their local tripod cat gave great comfort to our cat when he was anxious.
I was referred to the clinic by my own vet. I was asking a lot of questions to the secretary about dental work for my dog. When she asked me how many teeth he needs pulled I said Idk I’m not a vet that’s why I brought these papers in (the ones from my vet) she acted irritated and accused me of being rude. Very very unprofessional. They need to hire someone to work the front that is respectful. I will never be back.
Treated my cat very well
They were able to get my cat neutered quickly and one of the ladies at the front was super helpful and cheerful! They also let me bring my cat back for a free check up after his neuter because I was concerned about some bleeding but the vet assured me he was healing fine!
Dr. Mike and his staff are consummate professionals. I have brought in a number of our pets, for a variety of reasons, and am always happy to return! I really like his sweet front desk lady, though her name escapes me! She orders the pet food and I just love her!! ♥ï¸
