The staff at Oak Hills are top notch. I felt welcomed and had all my questions answered. My Corgi Ollie was in great hands and she loved the liver treats. The clinic is kept very clean and tidy. I would recommend their services to any of my friends or family.

I was asked if i was an existing client or if this was an emergency and if I can hold. I answered no to both and i held and waited for over 10 min to be told regardless of an emergency or not with a very rude attitude they are not accepting new clients for 2yrs! Don’t waste your time here if they act like this over the phone I can imagine what they would act like with your pets in a real stressful situation
The caring staff and doc can’t get any better! They are so kind to me as well as my dog. I’ve been with them for over 8 years.
