5 Reviews on “VCA Willamette Valley Animal Hospital of Keizer”
Since they got bought out by a corporation it?s no longer about the animals and all about the up selling of products. Dog had surgery there and then was throwing up blood. They said they couldn?t see her for 4 months because they were booked. Couldn?t even get advice or send a message to the vet. I was told to try an emergency vet. I miss how they used to be. We won?t be going back. If I could give a negative star I would. I used to love this vet office.
I should have written this review much sooner, but I have always been one to shy away from the negative. A year ago my dog died, and we had decided to cremate him, we paid for paw prints and everything. When it was time to pick the ashes up, they had told us that someone else had already picked them up. No one else in our family knew that our dog had passed so they either messed something up in their system (even though we gave them all our information to look up) or gave his ashes to a Complete!! Stranger!! They called us after a week, again!! to tell us that his ashes were ready for pick up, we were very confused but still decided to go, well when we went there was no one there, no cars insight and online it said they were open. When we called them in the parking lot their voicemail was shut off. We had paid for the complete package for our dog to honor his memory but were left with nothing in the end. My parents didn’t want to push the issue and since he wasn’t mine in the files, I couldn’t do anything.
We still have another dog in their files who’s a senior, but I’m hesitant to rely on them should anything happen to him.
