Dr. Houston and her staff are so kind and patient. We had to have an emergency appointment, and unfortunately our dog was diagnosed with cancer. The whole staff at Barlow Trail were so considerate and patient with us as we processed this news. I had been to 2 other vets in our journey to get help for our dog, and I will never go anywhere else again. Barlow Trail is the very best!!!
Today was our first time to Barlow Trail. This was hands down the best vet experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Houston and all her staff are all so personable. Dr. Houston was so professional, knowledgeable and so kind to both me and my dog.
Additionally, my dog made absolute scene about getting her nails done and the staff was so understanding and polite about it.
Will definitely be transferring all our pets to be under the care of Barlow Trail!
Recently moved to the region and a friend recommended this office. Dr. Houston had good demeanor with my dog. However, their prices are hugely inflated compared to other clinics I’ve been to. They also do not allow prescriptions requested from Chewy to be confirmed by fax, email, or phone – they require you to go into the office and pick up a paper copy that you have to snail-mail to Chewy.
This policy makes it really tough for folks to get prescriptions filled in a timely way.
Service is great but sometimes takes a while, and prices for drugs/procedures is a quite a bit. Love the vet but prices outpace other vets. I know inflation is killing us all.
