Horrendous service! They have this place locked down like it’s the start of Covid-19. Wouldn’t let me in without a cloth mask, I told her that medical cloth masks were ineffective, she said that’s my opinion, but in actuality Biden’s own medical doctor said so! They expected me to BUY a cloth mask from them, they mandate this..and not offer you a mask?????We are no longer in Covid-19 protocols. Everyone is either vaxed or have immunity. It’s no wonder they charge you before your appt, they said it was because of cancellations, but I’m confident it’s because people don’t want to put up with this ridiculous mask mandates that this vet clinic tries to strong arm their clients. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable, and left. Worst experience every with a vet, you’re supposed to have a pleasant atmosphere, but this place has a hostile environment. If I could give zero stars I would. What a pathetic excuse for a vet clinic!!!

Your response is baseless. When I first called to make an appointment the woman on the phone said it’s going to be 3 weeks away and I would need to put a deposit of $65. I asked her why as I’ve never done that with any other Vet, her comment was that a lot of new clients are canceling. That should’ve been a huge red flag to me because I couldn’t understand why people would cancel, now I know why. Not ONCE did she advise of your draconian Covid-19 measures, because if she did I would’ve hung up and went elsewhere. A week before my appointment I get the email you’re referring too, first off, it looked like a boiler plate response. Upon reading, it looked like it was old because we don’t have any Covid-19 concerns or people who have the virus in the Allentown areas so common sense would tell you that this wasn’t updated. You should put a current date with your draconian Covid-19 protocols example, updated Dec. 22. This would alert new clients to these protocols that NO ONE wise uses. I’m sure new clients have called up, and when they found out what restrictions were in place, they canceled and lost their deposit. This really looks like a SCAM because you’re trying to collect money without seeing their pets. I would not only question your medical advice, I would question your medical ethics. If you’re that afraid….you should close business, and don’t leave the house!
They have a very friendly staff and were great with my furbaby.

We recently (4/18/2023) took our 7 month old Pug puppy ?Monty? to West Valley Animal to be neutered, nasal stenosis repair, hip X-rays and to be microchipped. As always the care our pup received was top notch. Dr Hatchet is the most caring, knowledgeable Veterinarian we?ve ever dealt with. She always makes time for all your questions and genuinely cares about our pets. She also has the best staff anywhere, everyone is kind and extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We?ve been using their wonderful service for many years and can?t imagine ever going anywhere else. We recommend West Valley highly! Thanks for all you do.
