Terrible! Will neve return! Issue with IVDD (DX day before @ regular Vet). When called for help on what to do they made me an emergency appointment. I fully explained to receptionist needed MRI per vet. Told they could accommodate my pet! After arriving techs were compassionate, but Vet seemed to dislike her job! She was rough with my paralyzed pet and was not emphatic at ALL! She left us standing in room with NO direction! Thank goodness for young tech who adviced us to go to PVSEC (Who were INCREDIBLE). $145 for some advice from the technician! Waste of valuable time!
