Dr. Fultz was amazing! We were impressed from beginning to the end! The Receptionist was extremely friendly, as well as the tech that took us in the room! All 3 did a great job and were very informative! Keep up the great work! Bryers Family really appreciated the great service!
I had an emergency with my house hen and they were willing to see her. The vet tech and doctor were both wonderful. Sadly, my little girl didn’t make it, but they tried their best to save her. I had some issues with a receptionist who called me when the ashes were back. I was later apologized to for that. They kept my sweet girl comfortable her last day and tried to save her when no one else would even see her.
I was so impressed with the staff and my dog loved everyone. I wasn’t up sold on anything which is truly impressive to me.
My dog has to have extra diagnostic tests because he is involved in a study. The extra fees for blood draws were reasonable and the total bill was significantly less that my old vet (moving was the main reason for the change).
They even suggested his heartworm medicine could be purchased online for less.
I rarely give 5 stars in a review, but I’m really that happy with my experience.
Id like to give this zero stars but it wont let me go that low…This place is very unprofessional, non caring, will charge you an arm an a leg, an possibly your animals life. I will not recommend this facility to anyone!
absolutely awful. ive been coming here for years and have had decent experiences however i just had to walk out after waiting an HOUR for my emergency vet appointment at 11pm (i say appointment because i was told to be there on time for my appointment) for my dog. the vet was in the room next door for an animal that came in after us laughing and talking with them the whole time. when i asked how much longer i was told "its an emergency visit we take the ones who are more critical first and then move down the line"
which is completely understandable however not only were we there first but the other animal did not seem to be in critical danger. i just cant believe i wasted an hour of my night making my sick dog wait on a cold floor all just to have to go find a new vet. i will never be returning and i will also be informing anyone i know that asks about this vet to not go.
