I started going to Family Pet clinic about a year and a half ago, hands down, they are the best!! I was with my last vet for quite a while, but when I called for a sick visit, they told me they could see my dog in two weeks. Not good enough, especially for a long-standing client. I called Family Pet and they said that’s ridiculous, you can’t wait two weeks and you don’t have to go to an ER, do you want to come in now?! I was not even a client, Covid protocols were still in place, and they made time for her! They are always so accommodating, kind, and caring. They listen to my concerns and never try to force any treatment or products. I never feel rushed out the door. The office communication is outstanding! Phone calls and emails are answered and responded to promptly. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice! Do yourself a favor, and bring your pet here!
We took our 9 year old cat there who was experiencing some respitory distress, thinking she had an infection or something that would be easily treated. Unfortunately, we were given news we weren’t expecting, and things went south quick, with us needing to make a difficult decision. The entire time the staff handled our fur baby with care and respect, gave it their best shot to buy us more time with her, it just wansn’t in the cards that day. We really appreciated their approach, and transparency, and left there feeling that althoughit was not an easy decision, it was what was best. Thank you for making a difficult time a little better.
This was our first visit. Dr Moore and the staff were awesome. The facility is immaculate. It also has a separate entrance for dogs and cats so there are no unfortunate events!
All the staff are amazing. We’re always quickly in and out, while getting everything we need for our cats. They do a great job managing our scared cat when we’re able to get her in.
