Having moved to the area recently, I was searching for a new vet. After looking around and finding those who take my pet insurance, I decided on VFAMC. Aside from a slight hiccup with my insurance (that was resolved quickly…thank you again!), I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Farmand and their staff. It is very easy to have a conversation or ask questions in regards to my pets health at VFAMC, I feel all my concerns are adequately addressed, and of course they are all great to my girl, Asuka. Scheduling has been a breeze and the staff is always friendly.
Our 1st time there …. what an incredible Dr. And his staff is top notch. Calm environment. I even felt relaxed which normally I don’t when I take my Shih tsu to the veterinarian.
Dr Farmand is a great vet. Very caring and attentive to our dog.
