Very friendly staff! Very professional & accommodating!
The good: Everyone is super nice here! It’s a really friendly place and I could tell they genuinely cared about my dog. The vet who saw my dog even got on the floor to look at her belly, which was so sweet.
The bad: Their administrative side of things is a mess. This happened twice: I made an appointment for my dog, I called a few days before the appointment to make sure everything was in order since I never received any email confirmation, and I was told no appointment had ever been scheduled at all. After that happened twice in under 3 months, I decided to go to a different vet. I asked Allegheny North to forward my dog’s medical history to the new vet, but they failed to do even that.

Amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are so caring and kind to my Sydney and they take the time to understand her. Their staff is always wonderful and down to earth and will do anything to help you and your pet. 🙂 I recommend them to everyone I can tell!

When my 14-year-old cat was diagnosed with intestinal cancer, the doctors and staff provided unwavering support throughout his journey, from diagnosis to end-of-life care. Dr. Silvis, in particular, is incredibly thorough and accommodating, dedicating ample time to explain everything in detail while educating and reassuring pet parents like myself. He collaborates with you to create a comprehensive care plan and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each procedure, only recommending what is absolutely necessary. The staff members have always been pleasant, helpful, and polite. Without a doubt, they set the highest standards for veterinary care in the area.
