This has to be one of the worst Veterinarian hospital in Pittsburgh, Dr Shaw is a complete JERK and very rude and Incompetent, Doesn?t know how to talk people and also gives wrong diagnostics he shouldn?t be a animal care physician, This place looks as if it hasn?t been cleaned for ages, Don?t not take your pet here, You will be sorry, STAY AWAY!!!
I arrived a little early but was greeted immediately by the staff. The waiting area is nice and clean and that makes a good impression. The only reason I gave them 4 Stars ? instead of 5 is because the Doctor didn’t introduce himself when he came into the room to examine my Puppy, when a Doctor enters the room they introduce themselves always to the Patient and if it’s a animal then they should introduce themselves to the owner period.
Fabulous. I was able to get a new patient appointment within a week. Great and loving staff.
