Thank you so much for taking care of Shadow after his event. I am from out of town and this place was amazing! All the staff from front reception, vet tech to doctor were super helpful and kind. You could tell they really care for you and your pet. Working in healthcare it makes me feel great to see the signs of good customer service and quality care. Shadow received care quickly and was well taken care of. Prices are reasonable. Absolutely recommend to anyone!
this place is CRAZY! They want 269 to euthanize a 2 hour kitten! If they cared they would do it for cost to help the kitten not to suffer.
YOU GUYS ARE HEARTLESS
This place helped my wife and I care for a male cat that had urinary issues on a number of different occasions. The staff were friendly and caring.
They were very friendly and understanding when we had to say goodbye to our cat.
Now I get a sense why they have such awful reviews. Extremely rude and condescending receptionists who don’t listen to concerns because they know better than anyone- even a vet. No patience or compassion during an emergency- instead a short, clipped attitude. Thankfully the issue is being resolved by a different vet.
