Doctors and staff are always professional, caring and kind. They do their very best to keep our "fur babies" in excellent health.
DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELOVED PET WITH THIS PRACTICE. They are poorly managed and have horendous customer support. They have left my dog in a very vulnerable state.
Today, my Golden and I showed up for our yearly appointment and was told we had the wrong appointment date. Not believing me, I asked them to come out to the parking lot so I could show them the email confirmation face to face. (Their very outdated 2020 Covid policies are still in place, where the vet tech retrieves your dog from your car and then the vet treats your pet while you wait in the parking lot. Despite being a year long patient, I have never even met the vet.) Only after seeing the email proof, was the vet tech willing to discuss rescheduling sooner than 3 months out. She explained that they rescheduled the appointment and called me. I never received a call. Because there was no vet on duty, they were unwilling to give us necessary oral flea and tick preventative; more importantly, our Golden’s rabies and other vaccines are now out of date for our upcoming cross country road trip in two days. They have caused our Golden to go untreated and travel unsafely, until we can find a competent vet and practice.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE.

Extremely rude staff. Not everyone, but two women who work there are EXTREMELY rude and judge mental. I will never come here again and have switched vets after coming here for years. No personable people work here the woman who answered the phone like I said is one of the rudest sarcastic people I’ve ever spoken to. Will NEVER take my animal here again and will tell WVERYONE I know in the area the same thing.
