My sisters dog got a stick stuck in the roof of his mouth….he was about to tear his face off trying to get it out so we took him to the closest place even though this was not our regular Vet. They got the stick out in less than 5 minutes and didn’t charge us a dime! Good way to make new customers. They were very Professional and it was much appreciated!
With one caviet; my sister made an appointment to bring her other dog in and we had a family emergency and she forgot to cancel it in all the stress of that day….now they refuse to make another appointment for her, just flat refuse since she didn’t call ahead and cancel. Things do come up beyond people’s control; obviously not in their lives though
Of all the vet offices I’ve experienced with my pets through the years, I’ve not found one as caring and knowledgeable as this one!
All of the staff that I have interacted with have given me the feeling that their deep care for animals is their prime motivation for doing what they do. They’re also very efficient and thorough, and explain any questions that I’ve ever had about treatment for my pets. Highly recommend.
