Dr Butler and the staff of Park West are awesome. I left to go to a Facebook and Next Door vet who is less costly. Three visits and only one vet sighting but charged. You get what you pay for!!! My little guy gives me such love and pleasure so he DESERVES the best vet!! Thanks Park West for your fantastic care!!!
I always have a pleasant experience at Park West Vet! The care is professional, intelligent and thoughtful. The space is very clean and inviting for animals and humans alike.
Dr. Mercedes is a gem. My 12 yr old inside outside cat wasn?t eating, had a stagger to his walk and just not himself but I didn?t seem to notice his weight loss until late and then I panicked. I took him to PWVA because it was convenient (near my house). But what a lucky accident. No, Marmee didn?t make it (kidney disease) but Dr. Mercedes and her team were so caring and so supportive. Dr. Mercedes did lab work in office, explained everything to me and gave me honest, thorough options and even a hug at the end. That?s the most a pet owner can ask for in this situation. I can?t describe how awful this was to lose Marmee but I know I had the best medical care at the end and I will always be grateful to Dr. Mercedes and her assistants for that. I?m switching vets and taking my dog for preventative care in 2 weeks. If I ever have to go through this again I want it to be with Dr. Mercedes and the PWVA team. You?ll be happy with services from this vet.
