My dog hurt his leg and they would not see him they said that they were booked up but when an animal is sick, they should still make room for that dog to or cat to be seen, just like a doctor would and because of this I will not take my dog back to them ever again and I will tell everybody that I know about this experience
I bring foster pups to Palmetto, so I?m there maybe more than the average bear. Every staff member I?ve met has treated me & my fosters with kindness and respect, and I am so grateful for their commitment to supporting rescue organizations.
What *really* makes Palmetto special? Obviously, it?s got to be the people. For me, it?s Mathew. He figured out how to give fluids to a sick puppy without moving the little guy out of my lap. He found a way to get a parvo survivor into my vehicle so she could feel safe enough on her hour-long journey to a foster home. He?s helped me make sure a whole bunch of adolescent fellas have had their neuter surgeries go smoothly. He doesn?t always laugh at my jokes, but he clearly cares so much about all of Palmetto?s patients and I know the rest of the staff does, too.
