My Tech Aspen and Dr. Raymond were great and explained everything to me. All of the other staff were friendly and helpful as well.

I cannot sing this Banfield location’s praises enough! This staff made one of the most difficult situations a bit easier to cope with. I had to put my old friend Khaleesi to rest. They thoroughly explained every step, reassured me ( because I was a HOT MESS), gave plenty of hugs and condolences. I never once felt alone in this process, and for me, that was extremely important. They treated my girl and I with the utmost respect, patience and empathy. And to top it off, they went the extra mile and sent me a sympathy card, complete with Khaleesi’s nose and paw prints! You have no idea how much this gesture meant to my family and I. A thousand and one thank you’s!! I appreciate y’all so very much!
