Rocky Top is a very good and caring group of people.They have been taking care of My dogs for years and I have never had to complain about anything,the groomer is great she knows exactly what my dogs need to have done and man she is great at her job.Robin at the front desk and Mary well what can I say except they are pleasant young ladies and have always have a wonderful smile when they welcome you to Rocky Top.Keep up the great job all staff,and thank you.
Very nice facility and great staff. Our usually skittish cat was quite relaxed during the vet?s exam and vaccinations, and also while her nails were trimmed. We feel confident that our cat has received and will receive the best care in the area.
Roin and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very efficient and always on time with my appointments. I have been taking my cats to them for the past seven years. Great place to take your pets!!
I took my pets to Rocky Top for years. In the beginning I had no complaints, but in the past year it got harder and harder to get an appointment. You can?t ever speak to a vet without an appointment, even if you were just there. If you call with a problem in the morning you will not receive a call back until 5 most of the time. Even with this I will say that the care the animal receives is still good. Their customer service is just severely lacking.
