Dr. Barb Jacobs was absolutely the best! This was my second time bring my dogs to East Brainerd Animal Hospital for their annual checkup. I’m so happy I ended up getting Dr. Jacobs. She is thorough, she made me feel like family and spent a lot of time with my dogs and answering any questions I had. I will be requesting her in the future, made me feel like a valued customer. The ladies at the front are great too, they gave my girls lots of love.

After four years of no pets, we are once again using East Brainerd Animal Hospital for our new puppy. I am so pleased to see that their professional care and office standards remain at the highest level. Clients since 2012, we have always received great communication on-site and by phone, and their doctors are great at explaining each part of the pet’s treatment. I have no hesitance in recommending this friendly veterinary office for any pet owner.
